Operation Smile and Rainbow Rescue, two non-governmental organizations, which provide care for underprivileged children, each received a new bus through the efforts of the Community Development Fund of the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts.
The two 25-seater buses, along with the keys, were handed over to representatives of both children’s homes, following a ceremony held at the Ministry’s Adult Education Centre, #1 La Fantasie Road, St Ann’s on Monday December 19, 2016.

Rainbow Rescue also expressed its thanks to the Ministry, saying the bus will provide transport to its workers to carry out their daily duties.
